By registering and booking services with Greyroom Industry, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Cancellation Fee
If you cancel a confirmed booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service total.

Cancellation Notice Period
To avoid the cancellation fee, cancellations must be submitted more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation fees do not apply in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or logistical conflicts initiated by Greyroom Industry, or events reasonably categorized as acts of God.
Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, please contact us directly using the communication details provided (e.g., phone or email).
Unprepared Properties
If the property is not prepared according to our Preparation Guidelines, or if on-site conditions such as other contractors, workers, or staging delays prevent us from conducting the shoot:
- The appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation fee applied
- Alternatively, the property may be photographed as-is
If we proceed with an “as-is” shoot, the delivered images will reflect the property in its current state, without reshoots or further editing to remove clutter, people, shadows, reflections, or lighting issues.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly as early as possible and we’ll gladly coordinate a new time.
If a reschedule is requested within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a flat $75 rescheduling fee may apply.
💬 We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis, but last-minute changes can disrupt our route planning and staffing.
Reschedules initiated by Greyroom Industry — due to weather, conflicts, or internal adjustments — will not incur any fee.
